Randall Weber is a dynamic coach/consultant with a passion for helping others grow and make a difference.
Randall graduated from Ryerson’s Electrical Engineer Technology program (process control option) in 1981. His employment in the high tech industry, spanning over 20+ years, provided him with further skill and experience in customer service, education, corporate to corporate negotiations and management and leadership.
He was instrumental in his divisional role in growing multi-million dollar non-traditional revenue streams and was recognized worldwide in the industry his innovation and leadership.
Randall has been involved in sports as a professional coach at a national level for 20 years, pushing people to achieve their maximum potential, preparing Canadian athletes for the Olympics, while developing and creating a nationally recognized special needs program for athletes. He was recognized professionally, receiving the provincial coach of the year award in 2002.
He enjoys working with and is successful with encouraging special needs athletes to achieve their dreams by removing the “limits”, boosting their self-esteem and opening new possibilities. He achieves this using a combination of his unique abilities and the model of human behaviour.
In 2003 Randall’s entrepreneurial vision encouraged him to start his own business, Air Technology Solutions. He incorporated the company in 2005, which has since grown into a multi-million dollar business and is considered a leader in it’s niche market place.
In 2009 Randall’s vision expanded, and Get Savvii was established. As a Certified Human Behaviour Specialist (C.H.B.S.), it is here where he utilizes his skills in psychology, and coaching while working with businesses to guide and assist in the hiring processes, by ensuring that the candidates are a right “fit” for the position, thus encouraging success and growth.
